In line with its regulatory obligations, NCAA’s Director General, Capt. Chris Najomo, and his management team recently met with Dana Air and its new partners, NG Eagle, to resolve the refund complaints. As part of the solution, NG Eagle has agreed to take up these obligations.

While alternative methods are being put in place for cash refunds, Dana Air has informed the public that passengers can now use their tickets for travel on NG Eagle flights. NCAA, under Capt. Najomo’s leadership, assures the public that they are committed to resolving the refund issues swiftly.
